Draft: Poured a hazy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of spices which may includes cloves with dry rustic esters. Taste is a well made mix between a dry malt backbone with good notes of spices including cloves. Body is full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well made with loads of character and great drinkability factor.

Draft: Poured a cloudy beige color ale with a small foamy head. Aroma of floral hops is dominating with some peppery yeast. Taste is a good mix between some floral hops and a solid malt backbone with good notes of peppery yeast and a dry finish. Body is full with limited filtration and no alcohol was apparent. Very well made with loads of flavour while maintaining a great drinkability factor.

Draft: Poured a deep clear reddish color ale with a faint pink head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh raspberries is really enticing and enjoyable. Taste is a nice enough mix between some tart raspberries mix with some cereal with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well made though even more raspberries would have been better.

A translucent orange amber saison with a thin white head. A pleasant spiced aroma, sweet cream, light chalky notes. In mouth, a uberspiced saison with loads of cloves, orange peels, talcum powder, quite nice and oily. On tap at the pub, at BdT 1st Anniversary, May 15 2010.
