Bottle from the lcbo. Dark, slightly cloudy amber, with a large white head. Aroma is dark fruit, Candi sugar, bready and sweet. Full mouth feel, lively carb. Low bitterness, candy sugar, toffee, fruity, bready malts. A big sippper. Nice stuff.

Good color, and the head is perfect. Really nice bready, toffee, malts. Flavor is quite grainy, some nice cereals. Light bitterness, this is really bang on for the style. Little to no hops, dry lightly bitter finish. Great dubbel style malts. Great stuff.

Clear golden pour, huge rocky white head.
Soft yeasty aroma, sweet sugars, pears and apples. Body is a little thin, carb is way over the top. Finish is very light on the bitterness. Mineral and metallic aftertaste.

Nice maltiness, but quite sweet. Bready, and caramel. A belgian version of a classic german style. Some odd metallic flavors, and quite sweet. Semi dry lightly bitter finish.
