Cask at GBBF ’13, 13/08/13. Lightly hazed pale golden with a thin white head. Nose carries a lovely dose of citra hops, bitter orange, light pine, grapefruit. Taste isn’t as rich as the nose, citrus, grass, orange pith, hop presence. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish with hop bitterness. Nice stuff - deserves a style upgrade from GB to APA!

Cask gravity at Berry Walmer. Not sure about this. It’s an ok golden ale with some light soft fruit flavour. Settles down a bit.

Cask ale, half pint at The Dispensary. Dark coloured body with a deep, ruby shade. Faint, fawn-coloured head. Smell of grainy malts. Mid sweet flavour of cocoa balanced by fruity hops. Dry bitter endnots. Easy going, but does not feel that thin on the swallow (Liverpool, 09.04.2013).
