Pale gold, slight haze, thick head. Grainy aroma with slight fruitiness. Body is soft, with some bready pale malt. Low bitterness and hop expression. Still grainy on the palate but less so than on the aroma. Like drinking in my grandfather's basement in Hamilton.

Dark brown. Butter? Ew. Tart, but there's not much you can do when the diacetyl comes in.

Hazy, with light cherry. There's a floral accent here, too. Low bitterness, mellow malt character.

Hazy, with no head. Earthy, vinous, a nice chardonnay character with a solid saison base.

Can at Ryan's
Murky pale blond colour. Aroma of zests, a bit dank. Dry, some wheat and oats base, a bit of starch; low bitterness, the hop has some zest character.
Pretty good.

Cloudy and pale. Light brett C, soft malts. Light body, and refreshing acidity. Tasty, and easy-drinking light beer.

330mL can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle saison yeast and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is pretty neutral, with dry biscuity malt and light champagne-like effervescence. Crisp and clean. Good stuff.

Pale and greenish, with no head. Big vinous nose, hint of alcohol, unsurprising given the strength of the beer. Soft beautiful grape character, this comes together really well with mellow pale malts.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out grainy, mineraly notes, with earthy, rustic saison yeast. Flavour is earthy and muddled, with earthy rustic saison yeast and mineraly notes. Earthy, muddled and muted. Pleasant enough.
