Bouteille 75cl ramenée de Paris, merci Willy, et dégustée à Niamey au Craft Beer tasting club. Couleur dorée sur un col blanc généreux. Arôme est léger au niveau du houblonné, le côt levure anglaise laissant plus la place pour ce côté fruité houblonné qui reste modeste. J'y note un léger apport fleuri et finement fruité mais un cran en dessous de ce qui est attendu de Azacca. Le facteur d'effluves de grains reste également assez présent. Palais est léger assez marqué par le grains avec par moment un caractère légèrement fumé. Levure reste présente, amertume est fine et pour moi, le profil de l'Azacca généralement marqué sur des notes tropicales était absent ici. Je note plus un côté fin épicé (un de caractère) oscillant vers un effet plutôt noble. Personnellement, le houblon est bcp trop discret.

04-05-19 // bottle sahred with the crew. Bought more than a year ago on saveur-biere. Farmhouse Porter in Pinot Nour barrels. Great. Bottle at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Light ester aroma. Light puke some floral hop some citrus flavour. Not great.

Bottle at home. Opaque dark brown to black color, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, a bit metallic, a distant hoppy note, lightly bitter. Quite weird and on the one side a bit bland but on the other side not bad. 7-3-7-3-13.

Opaque black color, decent sized brown colored head. Smell and taste malts, sweetish a bit to my surprise, coffee nicely though softly as in not overpowering at all, although it brings a certain bitter finish along which -I must say- I think mixes pretty well with the malty (bitter) base. Medium to full body, oily texture, suitable soft to average carbonation. Yeah I must say I really like this one. Very nice imo. 8-4-8-5-17.

Tap at Hoppy Corner, Paris, can nay believe I've not had this before, 6th March 19. Pours black and viscous. Aroma is coffee and chocolate. Taste is coffee and chocolate, sweet and bitter very well integrated. Smooth and delicious.

Bière 75 cl trouvée aux Halles de Wazemmes. Couleur blonde tirant sur l'ambré. Nez très agréable sur le pamplemousse, l'agrume. En bouche, agrumes, fraîcheur, belle amertume, bière assez légère. Une superbe IPA!
