The taste is soft, dry, creeping bitterness, bit green, grassy, chive, pissy, grapefruit, herbal, bit of tannin, green tea and wood with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. On tap at Craft Beer Co, Brighton on our birthday week, Saturday 18th November 2017 just prior to gig by Lost Horizons at The Rialto Theatre. Pours murky dark brown with a slim filmy beige head. Juicy with a mid bitterness a touch of cocoa powder and a steady roasty touch throughout. Aroma is a little tame or muted perhaps but not detracting from what is a very decent beer. On tap at Craft Beer Co, Brighton on our birthday week, Saturday 18th November 2017 Pours gold with a touch of haze. Soft in the mouth, a little buzz from the hoppiness and bitterness. The mosaic does a fine job here giving a touch of tropical fruit, it's nice. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

On tap at Craft Beer Co, Brighton on our birthday week, Friday 17th November 2017 Pours very dark brown with barely a wisp of film. I was hoping that this wasn't Islay, and gambled rather than take a taster sadly it was Islay, but it's still good even if not totally my thing. It's fruity and drinks easier than it should, there is a little too much germoline for me. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2
