Draught @ The Bier & Cheese Collective, Astoria NY (3/16/23). Murky brown with faint copper highlights against the light, very small frothy beige head, woodsy, acidic aroma, medium carbonation, sour roasted malt taste with woodsy flavor, caramel at the end, thin body, long sour finish with caramel aftertaste. Well-covered alcohol content, quite sour though.

Draught at Tip Tap, 3/11/23. Lightly hazy, apricot-wax-maize. Small, off-white head, low retention. Definitely some savory, lightly oxidized marsala in the nose with strong house culture including a bit of acetic character, though it's not dominant. Fruity brett and biscuity malts with structured tannin and no alcohol. Soft, lightly succulent grape with strong tannin, plentiful vanilla and strong biscuity malt backbone. Some light oxidation, light acetic character, but it adds character instead of dominating. I get no bile-like brett or anything harsh/sharp.

Can, gift from travlr, thanks Gene! Peach/orange colour and hazy. Intense sour aroma, barnyard funk, soured milk with notes of fresh citrus fruit. Very tart taste with fresh fruit juice sour/sweetness, backed up by hops to the finish. Soft to medium carbonation. Incredible stuff… need to try more of this. How much our house prices in Vermont?

From a pint can. Pours a slightly hazy tea with a small off white head. Aromas of apple and raspberries. Flavors are tart raspberry.

Can shared at the Homebrew meeting, thanks whoever brought it! Pours a lightly hazy golden color with a hint of red and decent sized bubbly white pink head that dissipates. Faint bready maltiness bits of lactic tartness and moderate acetic. Not bad.

Opaque golden color with musty, pine, and citrus aroma. Flavor is mildly sour with a sweet backbone. Some fruity hop flavors with a funky finish.
