Unser spezielles Kühlkonzept und die dunklen Flaschen sorgen nach dem Brauen dafür, dass unsere Biere frisch bleiben und am Ende genauso schmecken, wie es sein soll und mit Genuss getrunken werden können.

Bottle drunk after sledding and mortaring walls. Clear medium brown, moderate tan head, mildly roasted grain nose with caramel hints. Taste follows through, adding some earthy hop bitterness and a bit of an astringent note that's bothersome. Maybe water is not playing well with the hops.

Smell of bitter hops. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of pilsner hops, then some fruitier hops and spruce. Fizzy carbon. Bitter. Too bitter for an APA.

Bottle. Golden, slightly hazy, white foam. Aroma: herbaceous and spicy hops, a little citrus and yeast. Taste: light, sparkling, a little fruity, a little herbaceous and spicy, a little citrus, moderate bitterness.

Appearance: Cloudy deep gold with a large white frothy head of perfect retention. Aroma: Herbal hop, pine needles, lemon, malt. Taste: Pure. Medium dry, light to medium bitterness. Herbal hop, pine needles, lemon, malt.. Lingering hoppy ending. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, appropriate carbonation. Summary: OK.

Bottle, not sure where from. Reddish amber, big creamy head. Nose of lychee, grapefruit, sharp citrus. Flavor followed through with full citrus power, big fresh pine needle-y backbone, balanced with a caramel body. Pretty serious bitter character here as well which dominates the aftertaste. Nice German IPA!
