Bottle: Poured a delicate hazy light yellow color ale with a super large foamy head with great retention and very good lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with nice floral undertones and some light honey notes. Taste is a wonderful mix between some rustic notes with some floral notes as well as some honey and light fruity ester. Body is quite full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. This is a great example of complexity and drinkability without being overly sweet and with great attenuation.

Bottle courtesy of Travlr, thank you! Poured a slightly cloudy golden color with a spicy, yeasty aroma. Flavor is heavy on the spice and yeast. Surprised by the 4% - pretty enjoyable but not totally my cup of tea.

750mL growler, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks Dany!), pours pitch black with a small tan head and tons of sediment. Aroma is a perfect rich balance between intense hops and roasted malts, with a bit of espresso and piney / resinous hops. Flavour begins intensely roasty and burnt, with beautifully roasted / woody / espresso-y malts, followed by intense piney / resinous hops, leaving a rich roasty and hoppy finish. Little bitterness, as the hops are simply incorporated to expel their flavour without the associated bitterness. Excellent black IPA - one of the best I've had.

750mL growler, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks Dany!), pours a cola brown / black with a small tan head. Aroma has loads of espresso and chocolate, with also lots of vanilla beans and minimal roasted notes. Flavour of vanilla beans upfront, espresso, some coca cola notes, and mild chocolate. Medium body with lingering cola and vanilla notes. Great porter.

750mL growler, sent from my man Glouglouburp (thanks Dany!), pour a beautiful cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma screams tropical fruits (mango, pineapple, tangerine), grapefruit, loads of resinous and piney hops, balanced by sufficient caramel malt. Flavour is intensely flavourful, with mounds of tropical fruits (as mentioned), orange / grapefruit rind, loads of citrusy, resinous and piney hops, and lots of caramel malt to balance, offering a perfect amount of sweetness to counterbalance the intense fruitiness and hoppiness. Finishes fruity and hoppy, with a bit of earthy character and sort of an oily feel. Once again, Hill Farmstead have churned out an amazing double IPA. This is just delicious.

750mL bottle, sent from gn0sis (thanks Eric), pours a cloudy dark-ish orange with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, some sour funk, dry fruits (pears, apples), and barnyard. Flavour of spices, barnyard funk, lots of oak, some dry zesty fruits and a spicy, doughy finish. Great complexity with a great funky, spicy finish. The barrels certainly impart an oaky quality to this, amping up the complexity even more. Phenomenal stuff.

Bottle courtesy of, and muled by oteyj, a huge thanks. Hazy yellow color, large white head that settles quickly, solid lacing. Aroma of barnyard funk, citrus, dust, lemon - resembles a nice gueuze. Taste is plain straw, hay earth. Nice.

Bottle courtesy of GT2, thanks! Very dark maroon, massive brown head, great retention - a truly beautiful beer. Aroma of whiskey and subtle chocolate. Taste is booze, chocolate, Starbucks. Medium body. Good stuff.
