Description

Amber color, cloudy off-white head. Metallic, grassy hoppy aroma. Starts a bit hard malty, in the finish there is fruityness (peach, apricot). Fizzy carbonation.

Short-lived yellow-beige head over foxy-amber beer. Sugar-preserved orange peel, roasted malts in the nose; Sweet vanilla-flavoured clotted cream out of a aerosol. Citrus again, apricot and almonds retronasal. Medium bodied, slick, agressive MF. Bo-o-o-ooring.

A nice mahoganny brown ale with a thin lacing off white head. A pleasant pungeant aroma, with sweet cherries, acetic acid, and caramel. A sweet cherry drink with refreshing acidity, caramel. Not bad. Bieropholie import. BB 18-01-07.

Bottle: Poured a deep peach color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention. Aroma of light peach, sweet malt and subtle alcohol. Taste is dominated by some sweet malt, with some light peach or apricot with some warmimg alcohol. Body is full with some light filtration but alcohol is way too apparent for the style. This beer is quite good until all this alcohol appears which is a bit of a shame.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown/black with a light brown head. The aroma was candy caramel malt. Taste was very sweet and candy but also finished sorta veggy like.

33cl bottle from Noel Cuveliers. Pale gold with slight haze, huge white head. It’s a strong blond Belgian ale. It is a little syrupy on the alcohol, but does have a good finish, with some hop.
