Draft: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention. Aroma consists of lightly sweet malt with fruity ester and tropical fruity hops. Taste is a good mix between some lightly sweet Belgian style malt with fruity ester and some hops with tropical fruits notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I quite enjoyed this one and really like the hops profile and the ester produce by the yeast.

Draft: Poured pitch-black color stout with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry coffee with light black chocolate is pretty satisfying. Taste is also a good mix between some dry roasted malt with light notes of coffee with some black chocolate. Body is full with a somewhat creamy texture and good carbonation. Well brewed with great balance that results in a drinkable stout with just enough character.

"333" from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours rather dishwater gold with a white head. Aroma of mild - both bread and probably saaz. Med body. Flavor is something of a fruity pils. Not strongly fruity - but it’s there. Lightly bready and rather herbal hop. It’s bitter enough to push into a decent pils range, but this is an ale. Perhaps this is what happens with pils ingredients and an ale yeast. Might account for the fruit hint. Main attraction is the bitter finish - also it could pass for a clean beer. Sadly.

On tap @ local option. Pours a clear dark brown with a creamy light brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces beautifully. Aroma is very creamy dark grains with light coffee with a bit of bitter chocolate. Flavor is creamy coffee and dark chocolate with a bit of dry grain in the finish.

On tap at Apex, pours an opaque orange with a small beige head. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and doughy / biscuity malt. Flavour of leafy, grassy hops, orange peel, with a very pleasant grassy finish. Medium-to-full bodied with a very well-crafted flavour profile. Very nice.

Draft at Churchkey. Poured a very cloudy pale straw color, small-to-medium sized white head. Aroma was tart citrus fruits, with notes of yeasty bread, and a touch sour on the nose. Flavor was a tarty sharpness - sliced through my palate and I can’t be happier. This was very drinkable for a 3.2% ABV beer - if I wore a hat, it would be off to these guys.

Bottle @ Dan’s house. Thanks Armin! A touch hazy, orange appearance with an off white head. The nose is fucked up. Tangy, old garbage orange peel, mineral, nasty aroma. This flavor is very rauchy, tart, infected, dms-laced, and unpleasant flavor. Unfortunate to try the beer in such a poor condition.
