33 cl. can with Rick in Kortrijk. Drank from the can. Hoppy aroma. Sweet taste with a proper hoppy bitter finish. Light and lively carbonated but full of taste. Great hoppy pilsener.

500ml. can. @home, 05/02/2022 [#.5781 Global - #256 Belgium - #1 Belgo Sapiens Brewers (My Belgian brewery #101)] Pours reddish brown with a thin tan head. Aroma: roasted metallic malts, liquorice and btown bread. Taste: brown roasted bread, malts and coffee. Dry, mild roasty mouthfeel. Next one please!

fajne srednia piana, ale taka bezowa, ciemna brazowa barwa cieczy, z niewielkim refleksem bordowego przeswitu, Pieknie aromatyczne, wszelkie owoce kandyzowane, wisnie, daktyle, troche sliwki i przypraw, ktore jakos rozgrzewaja, bo alko nie za wiele w tym quadruplu. Skojarzenia jakby chimay. Naprawde dobre.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 08/07/2023 - très difficile à lire, achetée à Vachement Ferme à côté de l'Abbaye de Maredsous.
Blonde, col fin blanc peu tenace.
Arôme montre le même caractère que en bouche - un caractère 'off' de pomme verte, si je ne me trompe pas ;-) rétro-nasal léger sur le grain, feuilles de thé bouillies voire fleur de jasmin.
Palais sur une approche très belge - ici, pour une saison, la bière présente tout de même une base ester pomme verte pas vraiment au top et me semble un peu 'off'. Impression de léger fruité vert - fin herbacé repris de suite par le côté levure. Le côté pomme verte s'estompe un peu avec la bière arrivant plus à t° ambiante.
Niveau malts, c’est bien du belge avec d même pas mal de malts pour une saison. Petit plus pour les houblons 100% Liégeois qui doivent venir de 'Houblons made in Liège' - assez original pour une houblonnière. Je reste un peu dubitatif sur la médaille du Wold Beer Awards du moins en tant que saison - mais comme quasi chaque bière qui y participe ressort avec qcq chose - ceci explique peut-être cela.

Zythos 2022. Clear amber colour with foamy head. Aroma and flavour are fairly malt forward. Floral hop notes. Well balanced. Moderately bitter.

33cl can from Sequoia Bio & Natural Market, Jourdan in Brussels. F: medium, off-pink, quick gone. C: red coppery, hazy. A: light sour fruity, raspberries, red forest fruits, strawberries, lactic touch. T: light malty base, raspberries, red berries, very mild sourness, dry on the palate, almost no bitterness (10 IBU), refreshing, enjoyed.

A: malty, orange, bit onion effect, bit caramel, tangerine, mellow tropical fruits. T: medium to full malty base, orange, grapefruits, caramel touch, bit roasted onion, tropical fruits, soft carbonation, long lasting harmonic bitterness, very good for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Bière 33 cl bue au Lovibond à Lille. Bouteille 33cl. Bière brune foncée à reflets rouges, mousse beige. Nez sur le malt, pain, notes sucrées. Bouche sèche, torréfiée, café, une pointe de cacao. Très sympa.
