Bottled (from beerangel.de). Hazy deep nutbrown colour with big beigeish brown head. Aroma is wheat, yeast and also has some slightly toasted notes to it. Flavour is wheat, mildly roasted malts, some herbal notes, yeast as well as a mild touch of dark dry fruits.

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 06/2009). Dark hazy ruby color, good off-white head. Molasses, sweet banana, light sourness too in the aroma. Good body. Sour licorice and banana, some earthy notes. Toasted sugary notes but othwerwise quite dry. I am not really sure if this should be as sour as it is. Maybe it is intentional ...

Bottle, 5.8%. 1 month past BB date. Mildly roasted aroma, a bit of fart. Dark brown colour, seems unclear. Small tan head. The flavour is mildly roasted, has a little dark malts as well. Quite subtle, but OK. Low bitterness.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a light redish glare with a small off-white head. Light estery aroma with a nice roasted note. Sweet malty, caramel and slight roasted note. Slight bitter and vague acidic flavoured. Dry and slight estery fruity finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear light brown with a lively off-white head. Sweetish and fat banana aroma. Quite full-bodied with intense and sweet banana accents and some phenols. Alcohol in the finish. Nice one. 280209

Flavour is nuts, quite malty along with some wheat, banana and slight zesty notes. As it warms up also some slight herbal notes become present.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a diminished white head. Mild banana aroma and mild wheaty. Mild sweet fruity and wheaty flavoured with a mild finish. Smooth and light, a bit low in flavour on the esters by quite drinkable.
