Une entrée que j'ai dû oublier d'encoder, donc je reteste.
Noire intense, col crémeux café au lait tirant vers le moka.
Arôme restitue fort bien l'apport du miso avec cette sensation d'umami tout en ayant les traits d'un bon gros stout chargé en notes de chocolat, léger torréfié - praliné, pâte à tartiner cacao et un effet un peu soja.
Palais est plaisant même si surprenant par son usage du miso - un peu moins sur la présence d'algues.
Le miso ressort fort bien et peu après une cannette devenir un peu de trop. Le tout est épais en bouche avec ce volet bien malté chocolaté, caramel, petite touche saline. Certaine douceur contarstée par l'apport du miso et rehaussé par une effervescence faible juste parfaite pour prendre toute la dimension de ce stout.
