Bomber @ Hoppy Loft courtesy of Steve; split with 77ships.

Bottle - thanks Artem! Pours clear amber with a medium creamy off white head that dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma of pine resin, caramel, citrus. Flavor is the same, light sweet, medium bitter. Medium body, oily mouthfeel.

Draught at Q-Brick. Bright orange-golden color with lace. Nose of peach, orange, some pine, biscuits Nice. Seems to use Amarillo. Nice flavors of stone fruits and citrus. Low bitterness but nice peppery finish. Rich and full. Enjoyable.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Total Wine-McLean, 2/13/13
Aroma: The nose has some grapefruit/tropical type hops, some pine, and a bit of crystal malt
Appearance: It pours an unclear orange color with a thick, lasting froth of off-white head
Flavor: Mostly clean pine and grapefruit hops, with some light malty and fruity sweetness as well
Palate: The body is medium-plus with a smooth feel, average carbonation, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: This one was a very solid IPA. I enjoyed the nose a little more then the flavor, but found both to be pretty nice overall. This was a plenty solid example of the style, not top notch, but certainly above average.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Total Wine-McLean, 2/3/13
Aroma: The aroma of this one is clean and hoppy with pale malts, a little citrus, and some spice
Appearance: It pours a hazed dark orange color with a large, thick off-white head and plenty of lace
Flavor: The flavor is a kind of sweet, a little malty/bready, and has a medium-heavy hop bitterness
Palate: The body is medium-plus, with a nice feel, though it has too much carbonation, and it finishes dry
Overall Impression: This is my first beer from Diamond Knot, and it makes a solid first impression. This is a fairly hoppy beer for sure. It may not have a perfect balance, and it may be too carbonated, but overall it hits the spot for a nice, hopped-up beer.

650 ml bottel. Pours a slightly hazy amber with huge head. The head was so large and frothy a lot of beer went to waste - not a stellar event... Aromas of pine a grapefruit - no surprise - with a bit of malt and toffee. Flavor is similar, more on the acrid grapefruit side. OK.

Light haze on this amber beer, decent white head. Softish palate, a little dry. Fine carbonation. Smooth malt - trace of caramel. Piney smooth hops, floral too. Whispers of pineapple and orange. Semi dry finish with a mildly bitter aftetaste. Tasty and very drinkable.
