Pours a slight hazy light-golden yellow colour with loads of bubbles, creating a big head, great retention and some foamy lacing. Citrus and fresh grass aromas with hints of bananas and Belgian Ale yeast. The mouthfeel is crisp with a light dryness. The taste also has lemon zest, citrusy notes with some mild malts.

Found at a funky roadside restaurant west of Montréal called Smoke Meat Pete’s, seems to be their house brew courtesy of Boréale. Aroma of grains and dry bread, has an okay gold-yellow body. Flavor is grains, again dry bread with some citrus. Crisp finish. An okay lager, goes well with plenty of salty smoked meat.

Can: Poured a cloudy dirty yellow color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh citrusy floral undertones with some light orange juice notes is quite sublime. Taste is a nice mix of fresh citrusy floral undertones, with residual sugar notes and light orange juice notes and minor bitterness. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid IPA.

Finally got some. Very juicy, tropical fruit, slight dankness but really just juice. So very good!
