Description
After a great reception from his hobby as an enthusiastic amateur brewer, Toby Mackenzie and his wife Caroline decided to expand and go full time establishing the award winning Red Willow brewery in 2010. Their aim was to make the types of beer that they like - full of flavour yet easy to drink. Red Willow now offer a range of beers that can be found in many local pubs and shops in cask

Pepper. Passet ikke helt inn. Litt sedimenter igjen på flaska.

Bottle at home in London with Lyoli. Pours mostly clear, bright gold with a large, frothy white head. Rich ripe citrus nose, pectin, grapefruit, orange, some pine and grass. Medium sweet flavor, a bit of dank pine, smoked beechwood, orange, tangerine. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous finish, slight hints of warmth, white wood, pine, grass, grapefruit, orange. Not overly bitter at any point, which is great. Good balance overall, with a good dank hop edge. Lovely.
