Bottle. Color: Very pale yellowish red, no head. Aroma: Moderate tart apple and plum, funky. Taste: Moderate tart apple, appleskin and plum. Quite funky, horse blanket, manure. Quite some tannins. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Under medium body, below average carbonation. Nice one.

330ml bottle from Ciderwinkel. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, no head and aroma of mucky apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, mucky funk hints, with some citric notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite OK

International Cider Festival 2019. Bottle pour. Hazy pale straw with no head. Mild sour apples, dry pear, champaign, faint hint of red wine character, mostly in the nose. Light sweet and moderate bitter, light sour. Medium body and low carbonation. International Cider Festival 2019. Bottle pour. Clear and pale straw with no head. Sour apples, woody, dry white wine, champaign. No noticeable bourbon notes really, maybe some oak. Light sweet and moderate bitter, mild sour. Medium body and soft fizzy carbonation. Bottle (batch 7) at home. Pale golden colour with no head. Smells apple, slightly wine like, hint of cinnamon. Tastes sourish, kinda dry, slightly salty aftertaste. Not enough apple for me. Thin to medium body, medium carbo.
