Bottle. Color: Very pale golden, fast disappearing white head. A lot of slow sinking particles floating around in the glass. Aroma: Funky, pear, apple notes. Taste: Pear, apple, quite some farmyard funk, some oak. Dry-ish finish. Under medium, quite thin body. Just under average carbonation. Light tart, very light sweet, very light bitterness. I'm not a knower of Perry, but I kinda like this one.

Hazy straw blond with no head. Aroma and flavour have a yeasty note of home made wine. Funky, corky. Fresh and very easy to drink. Light carbonation.

0.33 l bottle from 't Biermenneke. Hazy, pale orange with a purple touch and a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, rather fruity aroma of overripe apples, blueberry and some blackberry. Slightly sweet, quite sour, a little funky taste of overripe apples, blueberry, wood, light rhubarb and a touch of blackberry, followed by a medium long, rather tart, woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Rather rough for a cider, quite sharp actually, tasty nevertheless. Nice!

THT. Tart and very dry, light fruity, prune, grapeskin, yeasty, light gluey. Light sweet a bit tart but mostly a tad watery with some bittering tannins. Decent and balanced stuff, but typical Dutch cider with very little actual apple sweetness/aroma left.

Bottle at THT online. Slight hazy golden with small white head. Lots of funk, dry apple peel, sweet plums, flowery, orange blossom, mineral and dank cellar notes. Soft sweet, bitter and tart. Medium bodied with soft sparkly carbonation. Not bad at all, but lacks a bit in apple.

Lci, playing Machiavelli, Bottle from bierbrigadier, thin, weak, watery, plums are present but i’d rather have a cider or perry.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orangish golden, very thin white head. Aroma: Apple, funk. Taste: Funk, horse blanket, moderate tart and light sweet apple. Subtle notes of Whisky and Stout coming in towards the finish and getting stronger at the end. I don't know which previous vandeStreek barrels are used, but I think I also taste some peat. Some wood also. Tannins, dry-ish mouthfeel. The Whisky Stout barrels are a nice addition to this cider. Starting fruity apple and finishing less fruity and somewhat more bitter. Nice one.
