Sample at the Peders Stouts V6 feat Pulpit Rock, Dimensional, Emperor's, Pleasanti, Mariatorgets + More Event (13/09/2025) - Dark sweet malty with some nice sweet molasses, toffee and caramel, some cherry and red wine port like accents coming in, full bodied, some nice spice, light vanilla sweetness, warming sweet malty bourbon laced finish. Gorgeous.

Pint can pours with a clear gold colored body that supports a thin bright white head of foam. The aroma is pulsing with inviting hoppiness that's tangelo and grapefruit as well as weedy spicy dankness. Very nice. The taste delivers near vibrant crisp hoppy notes that are bitter with grapefruit and a bit of pine as well as tangy tangerine flowing into softer notes of mango and melon. Wow. Toward the finish a thin fresh watermelon note bubbles to the surface. This is a banger. I love the hoppy depth, crispness and the very low sweetness. Dang. I'm going to need more of this.

Can. Pretty much black with a near cm of tan head. Nice fruity lightly roasted coffee aroma with gentle roast and chocolate brioche behind. Somewhat creamy texture. Coffee somewhat reluctantly gives way to chocolate and a little smokey bite towards a bitter finish. A bit too driven by the coffee but very good.

Pours a bubbly clear gold with over a finger of foam, retention and lacing are fine.
Smell is strong notes of pine, orange peel, some grass, hint of tropical fruit.
Taste is definitely pale Ale type of hoppiness. Strong pine, some grapefruit, little grass, toasted malt is there. Tropical fruit taste is minimal.
Good low medium body, I would drink this again.
