Newer 473ml tall can of this one (I might still have an older 355ml can with old design). Lightly hazy (getting nicely hazy at last pour), light golden-yellow colour with a small white cap, fizzing away quickly and minimal lace. Fresh lime zest, juice creating some good natural sourness with a tad saltiness. The salty touch comes out a little more in the taste, blending with the lime-sourness. A nice, fresh lime Gose with just a tad more salt than your average beer of this style. And I like it!

Third of a pint alongside two other Canadian beers in the Boot on Sunday 25th August 2024. Light haze in the pale golden body, weak white wisp on top. Semi-sour grapefruit flavours dominated the taste, it didn't suit my palate at all, aroma was also sour citrussy in nature.

Third of a pint alongside two other Canadian beers in the Boot on Sunday 25th August 2024. Best of the three for me. Hint of a haze in the golden pour, white head. Grassy, almost floral aroma and taste, nice easy going Helles.

Keg @ The Boot, Wellington after a ride up the Wrekin with TMBB. Misty blonde, white head. Tasting a bit old and dusty unfortunately. Shame. Otherwise bears a clean, light body with a light blonde character. Rated kindly.

Hazy/cloudy yellow gold with a bubbly white head and citrus and tropical fruits on the nose. Sharpish citrus bite up front, with tropical fruit and hop bitterness following through

Tasty. Not really sweet. Decent lkme, calm malt with that savoriness of salt in the finish. Could crush this. Can lcbo

375ml (thx, Renny!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: woody, rustic notes, a bit dusty, weird tannic fruitiness, peppery. Taste: along the same lines, quite dry. Overall: lacks balance and sophistication, unfortunately.

Pale body with some haze and a medium head. Yeasty aroma, with light brett notes. Sweet, with a touch of brett, a little stone fruit. Finish shows some creamy malt - this will likely be eaten by the brett but it's also good now. Good balance, nice fruitiness.

375mL bottle. Pours cloudy pale yellow with white head. Aroma has some saison yeast, coriander, banana, pale malts. Flavour has grainy malts, some esters, dry wood, thin citrus peel. Nice, dry saison.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has a very nice funky character, light oak, some rustic notes, and toasted grains. Flavour is dry and buggy, with plenty of barnyard funk, rustic saison yeast, and toasted grains. Buggy, rustic and dry finish. Excellent.
