A massive, fizzy light tan head on an unfiltered toffee coloured body. The nose features raisins, apricots, toffee and a serious touch of acidity. The taste profile features deep toffee and caramel, which just keeps growing through the taste experience. superior. Well blended undertastes include raisins, some citrus hops, grapes and a nice hint of acidity. Smooth, rich, well integrated and not too sweet or cloying.

Despite drinking this one in Manchester, they'll be no monsoon weather this Pride weekend in the city or its Town Hall. It rains down the palate crisp enough, even with a full-bodied texture. Mostly hoppy in character, a hint of fruit.

There is a group of native Americans who are called the Hopi Tribe. This one is hoppy, light tasting tropical fruit, lovely pale ale texture with mild dough notes involved.

Cask gravity at New Inn Canterbury. Dark clear cola colour. Lasting tan head. Some milky slightly sweet stout. Decent condition. Some cocoa flavour. Some molasses or liquorice flavour some milk. I prefer a drier stout. Some chocolate. Some dryness towards the end.
