Enjoyed while watching Hamilton men’s hockey in its first-ever Frozen Four. Spectacular depth. Old wood, toffee, stewed semi-dark fruits, dates, figs, berries, bourbon, vanilla, berry accents. Fruitcake. Jammy. Absolutely delicious. Lightly warming finish, a little sticky. Super sipper.

On draft at Barking Dog Saloon in Parishville NY, in a shaker pint uhh
A bright translucent hazy pale orange to yellpw orange. A finger of tight creamy head that leaves sticky lacing all along the glass
Wicked aromatic, tangerine, peach, tropical vibe leaning into a dank piney aroma.
Follows on the palate with peach and tangerine up front melding into blueberry and dank pine with a light bitterness
Incredibly soft medium body, light carbonation with a bit of bitterness working in its favor.
What beautiful showcase of mosaic hops and a well crafted double IPA. I know this would be even better in a glass that's more appropriate for the style. A top shelf beer.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fa' (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note agrumate, leggermente pepate, frutta bianca. In bocca è amara, secca e pulita, ma bilanciata, croccante. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Splendida.

Bottle @Ma che siete venuti a fa' (Rome). Dorata, brillante, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso splendide note vinose, di fiori bianchi, camomilla. In bocca è acida media ma bilanciata da una leggera dolcezza, molto raffinata, complessa, rotonda, smussata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Che eleganza!

Canned on 12/16/25. Troebele goudgele body en een flinke vrijwel witte kraag met goede retentie. Geur is harsig, kruidig, bitterig, citrus. Retronasaal is het nogal bitter, kruidig, beetje jam/fruitig, deeg. Smaak is redelijk bitter, iets zoetig, licht fruitzuurtje. Medium body. Lange finish, mild bitter.

Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, lychee, ripe melon, pine nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy well balanced IPA with a good bitter edge.

Flarra delas på Vyn med vänner dagen innan detta skrivs. . Ingick i vinpaketet som ett av 15 drycker . Här har vi krusbär , Lute svagt ladugård samt lite honung . Fräsch och drycken serverades ut stora typ bourgogne glas vilket nog var väldigt bra. Svårt betygsätta ölen då den ingick i som sagt galet många andra smaker som jag var tvungen testa.
