Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes and a smooth semi-sweet finish. Body is full and creamy for style with good carbonation. Interesting NEIPA with nice floral features without being overly sweet.

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some residual sugar notes and some herbal hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some light corn notes and some semi-sweet notes and light herbal hops notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good lager but light corn malt notes is not my favorite.

750mL bottle. Pours cloudy blonde with small white head. Aroma has Brett, dry wood, saison yeast. Flavour has lots of Brett funk, dry wood, spicy saison yeast; nice vinous character. Very nice.

750ml (thx, Josh!) @ Salesforce. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice funk and farmhouse notes, some sweetness and fruitiness. Taste: along the same lines, nice carbonation, smooth, a bit fruity. Overall: very good, one the best things they've recently released IMHO.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has a really nice, fragrant bugginess, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is buggy and complex, with lots of rustic saison yeast, lots of complex wild yeast, and a nice vinous grape skin character that goes well with the wild yeast. Wonderfully constructed. Fantastic.

Pale and slight haze. Thin head. There's a fair bit of brett on the nose, some pale malts. Moderate bitterness. Good balance, and a fairly big bretty finish. Off-dry. Quite good.

750ml bottle [at only 5.6% abv]. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Mildly funky, minimally spicy and yeasty fruity aroma, minimally bready and grainy, pale malty background, weak woody overtones, vinous fruitiness, hints of white and grey bread, white grapes, a touch of quince, chamomile, mustard seed, woody yellow apple, oak. Taste is tart-ish, fruity, mildly funky, yeasty spicy and minimally bready, pale malty, hints of white grapes, a touch of quince, unripe yellow apple, mustard seed, chamomile, some oak, some zesty, citrusy (hoppy?) aspects of old lemon peel, grapefruit peel with corresponding mild bitterness. Watery texture, slightly dry and minimally astringent palate, medium, dense, prickly carbonation. Complex, full of subtleties, no flavour is given priority, none comes up short, mild and temperate overall - exquisite.

Tasting at Ryan's, bottled 2020, 4 years old
Hazy golden colour, medium head, persistent. The aroma is mildly funky, some bread. Medium body, some acidity and some astringency, bready malt; wood, Brett.
It's ok.

Poured from 750mL bottle (thanks Derek & JF; bottled 18-03-20; bb 18-03-22). Mild funkiness, some oak, a feint hint of butter, dry feint floral bitter hopping on the finish, decent.
