Bottled. Hazy nutbrown colour, not much head, but a bit white foam. Very sour aroma and flavour. My first thought when having this was that unless knowing what I drink I would have guessed for a Cantillon. Very pleasant, refreshing and smooth lambic.

Bottled (thanks brunnsbe). Amberish brown colour, small off-white head. Lemon, fruit and malts in aroma. Flavour is the same along with a lot of spices and some nuttyness.

[Bottle] Amber coloured with a small head. Sourish aroma of green apples. Well balanced acidic apple and rhubarb flavour. Some sweetness in the background.

[Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm] Hazy deep golden, lively head. Citric lemony barnyrad aroma. Has soem malt sweetness, plenty of horse blanket and rounded mouthfeel that is eased of by spritzy carbonation and freshening acidity. Solid gueuze, but not as intense and complex as some of the true masterpieces.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Sour apples and a bit barnyard in the aroma. Sour fruits in flavour with hints of grass and hay. The aftertaste is dominated by dry fruits and some sourness.

I’ve never seen a bottle of beer labeled "best before 2025" - cool - cloudy golden pour, with a very small head of HUGE bubbles - the aroma is of a very dry white wine, with some hints of oak - very dry flavor, even for a lambic - I braced myself for an extreme sourness and brett funk, but neither really materialized (at least not nearly as much as I expected them to) - quite soft carbonation - very acidic (I had heartburn within a few sips) - quite vinous, with a very strong wood character - a light, refreshing, and easy to drink lambic - that’s kind of a first for me, and I’m not sure if it’s a good or a bad thing.

Clear red color with a thin white head. Sweet raspberry aroma. Light faspberry flavor, slightly sour with some light funk in the end.

[Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm] Deep hazily ruby. Fresh aroma of cherries of near schaerbeekse quality. Too sweet with rich cherry flavour. There’s plenty of almonds and glue as weell, and the acidity cannot balance the sweetness. The aroma is lovely, but after that it takes a wrong turn.
