Rerate. Rose foam. No sweet aroma in contrast of many other kriek-beers, but a really cherry-aroma. The flavour is also a pure-cherry-taste. Rate 1: Red like blood, very strong and intense fruity and sweet aroma. Although the flavour is less intense than the aroma.

A cherry red beer with a beutiful head. It tastes strongly of cherry which it also tastes of together with an OK bitternes and a very little sweetnes. It's much less dry and bitter than other krieks I've tried (but not rated). A very well tasting easily drinable kriek.

Rerate: Bottled from Mitra Bunnik, BB 2033, large sample, served in a tulip glass. Hazy golden to orange color, medium rocky slight off-white head, leaving a nice lacing. Aroma is funky, bit barnyard, slight tart, some citrus, hint of oak wood. Bit sour taste, bit sweet. Quite high in carbonation, soft bodied. Easy going oude gueuze, nicely balanced. Original rating: According to the bottle, i’ve sampled Oude Gueuze, but as this is not on the list, and i’m definitely not an expert in Lambics, i’ll leave it this way. This is one of the better Gueuzes i have tasted. Golden color, with beautiful longlasting head. Bit oak-conditioning in the nose. Sour-sweet taste. 3.6

Golden coloured and slightly hazy with rich head. Slightly fruity aroma. Balanced acidity, rather mellow, full bodied for a gueuze.

Voluptuous head. Deep cherry red, with orange hints. Complex aroma: oak, cherry, ammonia. Tart palate, but with sweetness at the back. Cherry notes, some vague nuttiness, spice and wood. Full, rounded body. Finishes sweetish, fruitier and nutty. Very rounded for a hardcore lambic, but also very clean (lack of funkiness), save for the phenols.
