Reddish brown, lasting beige head.Malt nose. Malt flavor with not unpleasant alcohol heat. Don't get a lot from this, will rerate. Rather disappointing. Not bad but not a lot here

A beutiful orange beer with a small head. The aroma is very faint but fresh with notes of fruit. The flavor is lovely dominated by fruityness. You taste the aroma hops more than you smell it. It is very flowery on the tongue and end on a fruity but insisting bitterness.

Man if this is this good in the bottle overseas, I cant even imagine it on cask. Faint aroma of hops, and some malt, small white frothy head, orange and brown intermingled with some red streaks. Opens up full and malty, with some fruit tones making their way in quickly. . cherry, peach, maybe a tiny bit of orange. There is a brief glimpse of hops(very brief) and something more than that, a sugary yet spicy flavor that I cant name(very fleeting, maybe apple blossom?). Finishes fairly even, though there is a bit of bubbliness in the bottle, that Im sure is taken care of on cask. Beer is full bodied and not overly bitter for a biiter, though there is a some bitterness as it ends. The body is full and flavorful, but mainly tastes of caramel notes, and the complexity does not stand up to the likes of Ipswich, Fullers, or Crooked River. A very solid beer nonetheless.

Intense yeastiness, doughiness - tastes like it came from a cask. Very cellared taste - musty. Roastiness, toffee, smooth mouthfeel. Earthiness suits the rest of its charactaristics well. Slight fruity esters. Slight hop presence in the finish. An excellent beer.

Dark ruby with a purple edge. Medium head. Nice toffee aroma. Smooth toffee flavour that soon gets quite peppery and bitter. A bit unbalanced. If I had a proper cellar I would surely use it.

Cask conditioned: A nutbrown beer with no head (cask). The aroma is pretty sweet with fruit notes. The flavor is very sweet of a good maltblend and with a really good hoppy bitterness - a great balanced beer.
