Description
Welcome to the page of Brouwerij-Stokerij Pirlot. actively brewing and distilling quality beverages since 1998.

Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden body under a dense, big, rocky head leaving lacings. Brett-like aroma, with some sourish notes. Fruity too, with some cooked vegetables. It’s rather bitter, but the underlaying sweetness needs it. Some sourish notes in the flavor too, with fruityness and resin notes. Medium to full body, quite dry on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. Lasting mostly bitter finish. Sort of nice, but still not. 141108

Bottle. Pours hazy dark Brown with shades of ruby and airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and fruit, with notes of yeast. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with fruity and roasty notes and touches of hops. Rough and slightly bitter aftertaste. Okay but not much of an oatmeal beer.

Bottle, 6.5%. Citric aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is bready and sweetish with a nice salty finish. Late coffee bitterness along with a spicy and fruity hop note. Does not have much oat mouthfeel in spite of the haver.
