Can from Marshall 's Farmshop. It pours cloudy blonde with a medium, bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, fragrant, lemon, lime, marmalade, grapefruit, fragrant, floral and some crisp biscuity malt. The taste is crispy, firmly dry, pleasing bitterness which lingers throughout, peppery spice, pithy, zesty, lemon peel, line, fragrant, floral, cereal and some biscuity malt with a lingering bitter - dry finish. Light body and average carbonation. Rather nice overall. Aroma is quite vibrant. Wouldn't happily drink a few.

Hand-pulled half-pint in my local Spoon's on 6th November 2024. Golden amber body, white crown that lasted. Citrus lead in the nose and taste, good bitterness and a crisp herbal bite in the finish.

Cask at the Cornfield Exchange JDW, Eastbourne. Poured a clear light amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is toffee malt, light citrus. The flavour is over moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, light toffee, citrus, big woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from Co-op, Burntisland.
A: hazy black, stable, foamy, beige head.
A: toast, fondant, chestnut, almond, mocha.
T: sweetish dried fig & blackberry, coffee, some umami mushroom.
F: earthy hops, brown bread, nuts.
P: light to medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Good, a tad more body could have boosted the flavour.

500ml bottle as part of a delivery from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. Light to mid-gold, clear, with a short-lived off-white head. Orange peel, malt loaf, light notes of tropical fruit in the aroma. Bitter taste, more orange and some kumquat peel. Slightly sweeter on the finish with malt notes. Bitter hop oils in the aftertaste. Decent body with medium carbonation.
