A hazy orange beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is not that powerful, but contains notes of hops, malt, and oranges. The flavor is sweet malty with OK notes of caramel as well as light notes of straw, leading to a dry hoppy end. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky. Except for the boring aroma, it is an OK beer.

At Festival Bières et Saveurs Sept. 2005. A one shot deal. Red copper ale with no head. Malt grain and grassy aroma. Sweet malt in mouth, with sharp German hops. Like a Vienna but less nutty than expected. Medium bodied. Still, a decent beer.

This opens up with a nice off white head of creamy frothy head that only can be faulted for disappearing so quickly. Under the foam lies an inviting clear deep amber body. Flower hop aroma hits the nose followed by some carmel malt with a hint of yeasty bread dough. The flavor starts off sweet and ends with a bitter touch. A bit thin but quite drinkable overall.

Red burgundy copper ale with an initiale thick effervescent head, collapsing into oblivion pretty quick. The foam was making its way out of the bottle, yet the final beer is flat. Verry nice fruity malt aroma with caramel, and agreeing with Miguel, cherry is noted. Extremely sweet and cherryish in mouth, like an underfermented beer. No nuttyness, not a whole lot of hops bitterness, the sweetness is fruity rather than butterscotch. A failure.

Bottled. Hazy pale orange, brief creamy head. Pineapple and winegum aroma. Sweet and fairly malty with flowery finish. Solid and a tad unusual.
