Can from the brewery. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a creamy-foamy head, good retention and full lacing. Aromas of grassy hops and light caramel malts. Flavours of bitter grass hops, caramel and roasted burnt malts. Nice dry mouthfeel. This one is done right for an Imperial IPA.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a cloudy pink-amber colour with a white head and a pinkish hue. Good retention and foamy lacing. The fruity and flowery aromas of the hibiscus are present. Also, the sourness and the sweetness from the Belgian Ale yeast. The taste is more on the sour side, but the hibiscus balances things. All with the yeast. This works quite well, between the sourness and hibiscus.

Can from the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy light golden-yellow colour with a soapy white head, good retention and some foam on the side. Great smell at first with lots of fruits - grapefruit, orange, pineapple. Then, beautiful Belgian Ale yeast aromas. The taste is still fruity, but some sourness comes in to disappoint. Infected again, or wanted ? Because of the rest here, still better than their Impact Altbier that was infected through the LCBOs.

Can from the brewery. Pours a real dark brown colour with very little ruby highlights. The head is creamy, mocha-coloured, long lasting, with some good lacing. Coffee aromas with the roasted malts eventually appearing and hints of molasses. The taste is lots of the roasted malts. Not sure if the oats are outdated here, as that is what it taste like (and I have eaten outdated oats many times in my life lol). Also, the lack of sweetness found in regular oatmeal stout. Nothing too bad, but not one I would have again - unless the oats are fresh.

Can from the brewery. Pours a clean (slight haze at last pour), rich amber colour with a frothy white cap, long lasting with some foamy lace. Beautiful sweet aromas with the spices balancing things. Rich caramel, vanilla, honey and all of the nice chai tea spices. The taste continues this, but not as rich, which is a good thing - "pour ne pas tomber sur le coeur". Wow! This is quite the awesome spiced ale. Hope they keep it this way.

Can from the brewery. Pours a slight hazy, golden colour with a slight off-white head that stays a while with great lacing. Fruity malts aromas with the mild sweetness of the Belgian Ale yeast. A nice blend of the same for the flavours with the blonde grain malt lingering. Hints of bananas from the wheat. The sugars are well-blended. The spices are very mild. An overall pretty good Belgian Blonde.

Can from the brewery. Pours a darker amber colour, filtered, with a yellow-beige foamy head and some soapy lacing. Aromas of smoked wood with caramel and toffee notes soften with hints of vanilla. The flavours seem watery making this one not too rich, so you can finish a can. The caramel malts with very mild smokiness. This lingers on the tongue, but not overly sweet. Some fruitiness. Decent easy-drinking smoked ale.

Can from the brewery. Hazed golden-orange with a foamy head, good retention and soapy lacing. Grassy hops nose with citrus notes and very mild caramel, grain malts. The taste has this burnt hay aspect to it. Kind of weird, but the citrus is there to balance things. Gives this IPA a different twist which is not so bad overall.

Can from the brewery. Pours a dark copper colour with ruby highlights. Big creamy light-mocha head, very long lasting with full lacing. Aromas well-blended between the fresh hops and the roasted malts. Some chocolate, coffee hints as well. The taste is mostly the hops giving nice bitterness, dryness. Light sweetness, roastiness from the malts help out. Quite a decent Black IPA.

Can from the brewery. At first pour, did not seem like a Saison. The malted barley is what we smell the most. After breathing, the Saison hops, citrus notes and Belgian Ale yeast come out and ta-da!! The grassiness is also in the taste, but not too bitter. The wheat makes this refreshing. The citrus helps. Definitely fits the style. Hazy golden, amber hue, great frothy white cap, long lasting with some good lacing. Nice!
