Aroma has apples, leathery notes and distant earthy notes. Flavour has fenol‐like alcohol, some woody notes, apples and some leathery notes. Way too strong on alcohol.

2008 vintage: A blonde cider with a thin collapsing white head. In aroma, a beautiful gueuze-like horseblanket, epsom salts, dirt cave, Brett notes. In mouth, a smooth sweet apple with skins, Brett, salts, funk, complex, sweet and refreshing. Tasted with GRM on August 28, 2012.

750 ml corked bottle. 2011 vintage, 11% ABV. Deep golden body with a big white head that disappears quite fast. A really nice and balanced aroma of matured apples and apple core with just a faint hint of farmhouse. Flavor is apple fruity, mild acidity and some alcohol. Smooth and nice flavor with more elegance than farmhouse, still not slick. Medium to medium plus body, fruity aftertaste. I definitively enjoyed this one.

2010 bottle shared by Tar at Wood Shop. Golden orange with a very nice, very funky nose with ripe apples and dust. Bretty, yeasty with funk and dust on top of sweet tasting apples, like a granny smith. Best cider I’ve had to date. Wonderful.

750 ml bottle. Pours light yellow, with a full head quickly dissolving. Very bubbly, but still a feeling of moderate carbonation when tasting. Aroma is very fruity, with almost brett-like notes, as well as grapes, earth, barrel and white wine. Flavour is sweet of apples and some tropical notes of mango, pineapple and flowers, as well as grapes and a vinous oakiness.

Not that I hwith a long history with ciders, and I was lucky to find this one. Truly a wonderful experience, this was a perfect bottle to share with the family. Like a Belgian white in color, thin white head that dissipates quickly and continues to bubble like champagne. Taste is smooth apples and cream, some vanilla, cinnamon, maybe even wine-like. Delicious.

750 ml bottle. Clear golden body with lively carbonation and a medium white head that fades. Aroma is cider apples, ripe apples, fruit and wood. Flavor is sweet, ripe apples, with slightly cellar notes, refreshing acidity, oak, hint of yeast and tart aftertaste. Not too sweet, and with some acidity it feels more tart and refreshing. Very nice actually.

Hazy, light orange body. Nice fruity apple aroma with a clear hint of matured apples in a kind of sherry way. Flavor is very harmonic and pleasant. Long apple flavored finish.

2010 bottle (Local Bottlestore). Gold - clear first glass, bottom of the bottle is getting towards opaque. Large mousse dissipates quickly leaving small islands of bubbles. Aroma is woody - like a freshly sawn apple tree - and earthy with sweet apples underneath, some tropical fruit too. Taste is slightly sweet at first with some honey as well as fruit, then tart apples and wood. Only dryish at the end. Lightish body with lots of carbonation that spoils the show for a while. But once it settles down, this is very good.
