13th August 2010 at Brew Wharf. A sneak preview from brewer Phil - Cheers Ears! Clear amber beer, little white head. Light malt on the nose with a tiny trace of fruit. Light caramel malt - well balanced with some light orangey hops. The malt turns a little creamy. Finishes semi dry with a slighty bitter aftertaste. It’s a decent on the nose bitter.

13th August 2010. On tap at Brew Wharf. A pint and a half courtesy of Ang (reakt) and brewer Phil. Very much appreciate the pint Phil - especially after the kicking I gave ’Three Lions’! Clear gold beer - suddy white head. Light hops on the nose. Light clean palate. Immediate fresh hops - grassy, piney and some grapefruit. Minerals and then a hoppy finish and aftertaste. A great flavour for it’s abv. Could well imagine drinking a few pints of this in the sunshine without any worries of getting too heady.

13th August 2010. On tap at Brew Wharf. Natch! Very dark brown beer. Suddy light tan head. Dryish palate that turns just a little soft. Some light roasted malt with a subtle undertone of red fruit. Blooming hop bitterness, nettley grassy hops. Leads to a semi dry finish with a hop bitter aftertaste that just keeps going! Took far too long to work out the name - Military Intelligence - Black ’ops - duh!

14th July 2010. Brew Wharf. This beer is also known as ’Sightless Swine’ - a tribute to a certain Russian River beer I would guess! Slightly hazy gold beer. Tiny white head. Fresh hops on the nose. Light dry palate. Moderate carbonation. Lovely fresh hops, grassy and piney and with some dry spice. Not that fruity but very aromatic. Finishes dry with some bitter grassy aftertaste.
