Clear blond beige beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, earthy, sourish impression, earthy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, lemony, clean acidity, apples, bitter touch, a bit soapy. Aftertaste: lemony, acidic, refreshing, some tannins, bitter, apples, ok.

Pretty cloudy beige blond beer, practically no head. Aroma: very yeasty, funky, brett notes, floral, a bit sourish impression, fruity touch. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, apples, acidic, bitter touch, funky. Aftertaste: dry, yeasty, a bit sourish, some brett, green apples, ok.

330ml bottle [at 5.9% abv]. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Funky yeasty and herbal-spicy, minimally vinous fruity aroma, pale malty background with hints of floral honey in addition, hints of mustard seed, herbs, minimally woody, oaky overtones. Taste is tart-ish, tangy, herbal-spicy, mildly funky yeasty and slightly fruity hoppy, minimally woody as well, pale malty basis, notes of quince, herbs, a touch of mustard seed, oak, white grapes.
Minimally oily, watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Rather typical herbal Gruit character with a considerable Belgian twist, some BA support - decent.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, auburn colour with minimally late awakening, small to average, very dense, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Tangy, vinous fruity and slightly woody aroma, notes of morello, bramble, dark berries, some plum, blue grapes, a touch of bark, caramel malty basis. Taste is tart, vinous fruity, caramel malty, mildly tangy and minimally woody, diluted notes of bramble, morello, black currant, blue grapes, a touch of plum, bark, black pepper.
Minimally creaamy, watery texture, minimally astringent palate, very fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Wonderful nose, a bit "thin" concerning taste, relatively mild overall - very nice.
