Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: nice, good roast up front, malty, pretty oxidized, some chocolate, a hint of coffee, caramel. MF: soft carbon, thick full body. Taste: nice, good deep roast, slightly salty, lots of caramel, some chocolate, a bit sweet, bitter touch. Aftertaste: lovely, lots of dark chocolate, cocoa powder, sweet, gentle bitterness, more bitter roast, some coffee.

33cl can, BB 20/01/2028, batch# 985.
Couleur brune foncée presque noire, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé bien tenace.
Arôme est frais avec une bonne dose de malts, le bouquet est chargé en café, épices dont la caradmaome, effet aussi de cold press voire de café glacé rencontre un affogato al café.
Palais présente un très beau caractère de café avec une approche hivernale rappelant un effet 'winter spice coffee' et 'spiced latte'- la caradamome est clairement présente avec un retrait délicat de cannelle. Le chocolat est aussi là avec un effet soyeux en bouche et une fine amertume.

Arôme est délicat assez frais avec une belle dose d'agrumes - fleur d'oranger, léger grains en appui ce qui change de l'approche Berliner.
Palais est plaisant 'crisp', caractère malté pils se démarque - le tout reste léger, fleuri et fruité - pamplemousse, fleur d'orange - orange blossom, effervescence assez haute, et encore ce côté frais floral qui surfe presque sur les fleurs de sureau.

From tap at Billie’s, day one. Intenziv a hordo karaktere, de nem uralja le teljesen a sort. Erosen szaraz, funky, kozepesen-erosen savas. Kisse foldes, pinceszagu. Kellemes.

Tap at the brewpub shared with Gabor and Gabor. Arom is full-on coffee with additional notes of coffee. Taste is coffee, with an underlying coffee character. Thick bodied, especially for the ABV. It might seem like it but doesn’t feel one dimensional or boring at all, great stuff.

Tap at the brewpub, shared with Gabor and Gabor, chipotle version (version?). Nose is intense and pleasant smoked chili, some chocolate, light roast. Taste is similar, but less intense and has a surprising amount of acidity that lightens the body, which might be the weakest point of the beer as it’s way too light. It’s a pretty decent beer nevertheless, if they worked on the body a touch it could be a great beer.
