Quite spicy! Lime is subtle. Wheaty. Fun. Lot more lime with the second sip.

330ml bottle [at 5.9% abv]. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Funky yeasty and herbal-spicy, minimally vinous fruity aroma, pale malty background with hints of floral honey in addition, hints of mustard seed, herbs, minimally woody, oaky overtones. Taste is tart-ish, tangy, herbal-spicy, mildly funky yeasty and slightly fruity hoppy, minimally woody as well, pale malty basis, notes of quince, herbs, a touch of mustard seed, oak, white grapes.
Minimally oily, watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Rather typical herbal Gruit character with a considerable Belgian twist, some BA support - decent.
