Can at home picked up from Watford M&S. An opaque jet black coloured pour with a lasting khaki head. Aroma is super rich, earthy dark chocolate, charred roast, ash, bark, some rustic farmyard roast. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, some brown sugars, lactose, chocolate, nutty chocolate, Little sweet. Palate is semi sweet, oily, rounded, mellow carbonation. Solid chocolate character.

Can at home picked up from Watford M&S. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a fading loose white head. Aroma is big woody pine, bark, grass, some metallic, biscuit. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, clean semi crisp malts, biscuit, fragrant pine, sap, fizzy, bark. Palate is semi crisp, refreshing , fine carbonation. Drinks pretty good.

330ml can from M&S in London, England. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head and poor retention. Very little lacing. Slightly souring malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Slightly souring pale malt flavor and barely any bread notes. Starting to go bad, or just a bad flavor? Light body. Lower than expected carbonation. Not bitter. Not so good.

A honest and rather good ipa, a perfect note of dry malt and bitterness, citrus, hop, a bit sparkling at the palate, fairly aromatic, 09.10.19, buying it at the ex Mark & Spencer, Faubourg St-Antoine, Paris, tasting it at Epalinges.
