Dark sweet malts, dark roasty coffee, some soy and hints of subtle smoke. Oily, imperial stout mouth feel, very soft carb. Medium bitterness, bitter cocoa, and soft smoke. Drinks more like an impy lacking the alcohol. Sweet and roasty, light smoke and nice coffee, chocolate flavours.

Huge effervescent nose of peppery malts, and some light tartness with a great dose of citrus zest and tropical fruit. The carb is a tad high, but thats to be expected.,the finish is medium to high on the bitterness scale. The end is a great grassy, hoppy, slightly yeasty flavor.

750ml bottle. Cloudy yellow pour, with a huge white head. Aroma is very woody, and funky. Lots of white wine, and vinous acidity. Aromas of stone fruit, yeast, and citrus fruit. Mouth feel and body are effervescent, and quite active. Finish is woody, hints of vanilla, lots of acidity, and some funk at the end. Complex and quite pleasant.

341ml bottle. Black pour, medium brown head. Aroma is very roast forward, but there are good amounts of resinous pine. Alot more cocoa notes than i expected, with subtle coffee. Lovely mouth feel, very lively carb. Finish is medium to high bitter, with alot of resins. The roast is bold, but is extremely well balanced.
