On tap at Les Cuves de Fauve, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of wild bugs, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of hay. Flavour is much the same, with wild bugs, some tart citrus, and light spiciness from the saison yeast. Nice yeast expression, could use a little less acidity but it’s not intrusive. Very good.

750ml bottle. Cloudy orange pour, with a large white head. Fuunky aroma, lactic sourness, tart tropical fruit, guava and melon. Mouth feel. Is goos, carb is on the softer side. Finish is sour, very funky, the guava comes up big time, bright tropical fruit and sweet melon.

750ml bottle. Interesting color.... A light pink, with beige hues and some red, slightly cloudy with a small white head. Aroma right off the bat is grape juice. Very vinous and fruity, with a soft wheat saison, with hints of herb in the background. Mouth feel is lively, with an effervescent carb. Finish has a strong melon flavour, grape and watermelon juice mixed together. Next to no bitterness with a touch of tartness..

On tap chez gibb in rouyn Noranda. Jet black pour mm beige head. Intense Aroma of roasted, burnt malts and strong dark, almost burnt coffee. Silky mouth feel, luscious carb. Finish is medium to highly bitter, with a strong coffee finish, and intense roast. Great stuff. An important stout/cold coffee combo.

750ml bottle. Slightly hazy orange pour, with a huge white head. Strong Aroma of orange zest, herbs, green tea, dried grass. Incredibly effervescent carb, with a lovely mouth feel. The finish has a strong tea flavour. Reminds me if dried gun powder tea, very dank, and green vegetal flavour from the tea. Some fruit, especially orange zest, and a surprisingly low bitterness.

Jet black, old motor oil pour, with a big, thick dark brown head. Aroma is quite sweet, lots of sour cherry, and dark roasted malts, but sweet, round dark malts. Mouth feel is thick, viscous, and oily, with a soft carb. Finish is roasty, but is dominated by a soft cherry, fruitiness that carries a woody tartness. The whisky is very hard to find, there are hints of woody barrel, but they are very subtle and way in the background. Not whay I expected at all.
