16oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy yellow pour, huge, billowing frothy head leaves big chunks of lacing on the glass. Yeasty, bready aroma, sweet, lemon. Taste is grainy , bready, yeasty, sweet with a touch of lemon. Hefty, creamy feel. Really tasty!

A- Roasty, mild booze, oak.
F- Malt, cocoa, roasty, bitter chocolate.

On tap at Les Cuves de Fauve, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of wild bugs, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of hay. Flavour is much the same, with wild bugs, some tart citrus, and light spiciness from the saison yeast. Nice yeast expression, could use a little less acidity but it’s not intrusive. Very good.
Cloudy, golden color and a White head. Sour nose, funky, acidic. Taste Is tart, decent bittneas, Woody cask flavors. Dry bitter Finish with hints of juniper
