On tap at Bistro l'Autre Oeil. Pours black with a beige head. Great roasted malt on the nose. Flavour has rich roasted malts, lots of good roasty goodness. There are some fruity/sugary notes that suggest some barrel aging. This is really nice.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose screams maple syrup, with some earthiness from the mushrooms, and light rustic saison yeast. Flavour is dry, with less obvious maple character, rustic saison head, and some soft earthiness. Those mushrooms sure are interesting, presenting as maple on the nose, but tasting dry and fermented out. Solid experimental.

Aus der Flasche im 2025-06 im Muted Horn Berlin getrunken. Diese rote Saison kommt mit einem deutlichen Aroma dunkler Beeren und leichter Säure daher. Alles zusammen sehr stimmig mit typischen Hefe-Charakter eines Saison.

A golden saison with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix with light maple syrup, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light maple syrup, light mineral notes, OK. Bottle at mondiale 2025.
