Description
Rother Valley Brewing Company was established in Northiam in 1993 on a hop and dairy farm overlooking the River Rother that marks the boundary between Kent and East Sussex.

Cask and bottled beers are produced for distribution to many public houses, restaurants and shops in Kent and Sussex.

Cask @ Coventry Beer Festival. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 110323

From recently unearthed notes, drank May 2019. Cask at the Kidbrooke Beer and Cider Festival. Reddish amber pour with a white head. Fruity, malty nose. Malty bitter taste, hints of red fruit and toffee. Lightly bitter finish

Gravicask at Spa Valley 9th Beer & Cider Festival. Shared with Finn. Almost copper brown in the glass. Dotted spots from a low beige head. Toffee-fruity smell and a caramel fruity taste, hints of leafy hop bitterness to a semi-dry ending. Pretty alright. (Tunbridge Wells 18.10.2019).

Cask gravity at Kent & East Sussex BF 2019. Clear russet colour lasting beige head. Malty some cereal. Some red to dark fruits. Light plum. Ok hop. Yes its decent

Sample@GBBF2018, London, with the Malmö crew - Brown pour with a off white head. Sweet bready malts with some vague fruity notes coming in, some toffeeish sweetness, medium to light body, wheaty and floral and herbal subdued hoppy into the finish.
