500 ml bottle purchased from The Tiddly Pomme, Faversham. A clear, amber body with a off-white head. Rather mild aroma of fruity hops and malt. Refreshing, quite straight forward flavor. Smooth malt, fruity and some bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. A pleasant, uncomplicated British bitter.

(Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak, London, 24 Apr 2013) Golden amber colour with foamy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, apricots and dried fruit. Malty, fruity taste with bready malt, apricots and a generous grassy bitterness in a fairly dry finish. Medium body, starts with a certain malt sweetness and dries out towards the end. Well balanced and quite nice.
