Can on 25th May 2025 from Waitrose via Deliveroo. Pours hazy amber with collapsing yellowy white foam and plenty of lacing. Spicy and tangy fruitiness in aroma. Zesty peels, spices and tropical fruits in-mouth, and a finish of fruitiness, floral notes and a few spices. Bitter peel returns late.Full bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

0,33l bottle at home. BB yTaster from tap at Mel's Diner. Amber clear color, no head. smells malty, earthy, leathery, balsamic. Ok smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes light balsamic, sherry, oak, sweet, nutty, tobacco, light brett. finishes sweet and granny with notes of sherry, balsamic and nutty notes. Not totally bad, but also not that great, too heavy and sweet, flavor profile is a bit weird, couldn't finish my 0,1l Taster

330mL bottle, pours dark brown with a tiny head. Nose is loaded with intense rum barrels, big booze, and sherry-like oxidation. Flavour is unfortunately tainted by a lot of soy sauce, hot rum, big booziness, and molasses. Way too much salty soy sauce and boozy fumes. The body is very thin too despite the ABV. Fun experiment but this just doesn’t work — way too harsh and uncoordinated.

Do you think Prince was happy how people partied in 1999 once it came about? Hazy golden with a small head. Quite light in character for its strength, mild tropical fruit notes in both aroma and taste, but a good body.

The fifth one of 22 beers for our 12th wedding anniversary. Norinfé's.
Bottle 0.75l. Almost clear, light orange colored. AROMA- apricot, berries, plums, funky, blue type cheese. FLAVOR- silky, slightly sweet, quite sour, lightly bitter, full of sour berries and apricots, strawberry, sea buckthorn, white flesh from baobab fruit, touch of wood, dark grapes. Medium to fuller bodied.
Very close to classic lambic. Great!

Can at home. Pours very deep brown with a huge beige head. Nose is creamy chocolate, a touch of vanilla and caramel. Taste is sweet notes of chocolate again, some cocoa, and the salted caramel joins in the finish that ends pretty abruptly. Light, super creamy body, soft carbonation. Tasty, but a bit too thin and one dimensional.
